Recently I posted one of my usual landscape videos as a YouTube Short. My typical upload on YouTube would generate about 50 views or less. So, I was quite surprised to see that the video below generated over 900 views!

Now, I am not quite sure as to why this happened and I did not gain any YouTube subscribers from the video? But it would seem logical to continue producing more videos in the vertical "Shorts" format.
