Woodland photography in the Las Vegas suburbs.

Although I have lived in the city for almost 20 years, this was my first trip to Floyd Lamb State Park. It is located in the northwest suburbs of Las Vegas. It is certainly a hidden gem and I was pleasantly surprised at the great display of Autumn colors.

It was a leisurely stroll of about 90 minutes to walk the perimeter of the park and capture some great photos. I plan to make it a regular stop on my list of locations to take in the softer side of Las Vegas.
