Red Rock Canyon again with a slightly different look.

I just purchased a used GoPro 7 and was curious about the video stabilization capabilities of the camera. There were some obvious flaws in the lighting and composition but I was rather pleased with the smooth shots that were captured.

I tried a variety of techniques for securing the camera. The handheld shots were difficult as I was driving by myself. I also used a suction cup (tripod thing) on top of the car to secure the camera which seemed to work the best.

All clips were shot at 1080P and there was no additional stabilization or color grading in post-processing. I am still learning about the camera and it seems there is a distinct "Barrel Effect" in some video modes. This is a function of the small camera lens trying to capture a view as large as possible using a "Fisheye" or wide-angle lens.
